Now that you have selected your CoBuildTM model it is time to finalize your new home's finishes. Your new home comes delivered with your selections from a variety of included standard finishes, some with optional upgrade(s) at an additional cost. If our provided selection of finishes does not align with your vision we can offer out a solution for both ends of the budgetary spectrum. For the budget concious we encourage you to explore our standard options and select which work best for you. Once your home is delivered and set on it's foundation any on-site upgrades can be made on your timeline.
If you like our floor plans but require any customization or would like to pick your own finishes our pricing model requires adjustment to facilitate the additional resources required to deliver that custom home. Limitless customizations are availabe after a commitment deposit has been made. 100% of your deposit is transferred to the final price of your customized home. For those who are not willing to compromise you may consider our full service design build division "Native Modular" where you work directly with our architectural and design team.

About These Selections
The finishes and fixtures shown below are not included in the base price of the home. In some cases, this is because the factory build process limits installation of certain items that could be damaged during production, transport, or set—before the home is climate-controlled. In other cases, it’s because we want to provide you with greater flexibility to personalize your home with your own selections after delivery. Rather than offering a limited range of factory-installed options, we found that most homeowners prefer the freedom to choose finishes and fixtures that truly reflect their style and budget.
To make the process easier, EcoCraft offers a curated range of optional finishes that can be incorporated during production if you’d prefer a more complete home upon delivery. These options are available for an additional cost, typically less than what it would cost to source and install them independently after move in. Our goal is to give you choice, control, and value so your home feels distinctly yours, without unnecessary limitations or markups.
