Getting Started: Free Home Construction Consultation
To get started give us a call or fill out our web contat form and one of our sales associates will contact you to set up a tour of our model home. During our initial meeting we’ll discuss your individual home building needs, budget, and goals. We will determine project feasibility as well as a tentative project timeline. After our consultation we’ll arrange for our project manager to visit your unique build site free of charge.
Plan: Pre Construction
Every project is unique and therefore, requires time & resources to assemble an accurate and comprehensive budget. We work closely with all of our clients to ensure they understand all costs projections up front, in order to avoid surprises later on in the process. During the pre-construction phase we do all the leg work for you, helping ensure you stay both on time and on budget.

Price: Cost Review and Timeline Projection
After the site consultation and design planing our sales team will provide you with detailed cost projections and review a wide array of custom and energy efficient options. In this meeting we’ll really dig into the details of everything that will go into the home buying process and develop an individualized timeline from your custom Systems-Built home.
Agree: Purchase Agreement
After all details of the home building process have been finalized we’ll enter into a purchase agreement for the construction of your new home. Working directly with your project manager and sales consultant, we ensure that no detail is missed and every expectation is met or exceeded.
Finalize: Ongoing Communication
